$22million looks frivolous lawsuit and desperate

On July 17, 2020, CannMart filed and served a Statement of Claim in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta naming Choklat and its CEO, Bradley Churchill, as defendants. CannMart seeks against the defendants, jointly and severally, judgment, damages or restitution in the amount of $900,000, and special, punitive and/or aggravated damages in the estimated amount of $300,000. The claim arises from Choklat’s breaches of an agreement and purchase order in respect of various cannabis infused chocolate and confectionary products that the defendants were to manufacture and sell to CannMart.

Split Personality

In 1995, Robert Lee Brock, a Virginia prison inmate, decided to take a new approach to the legal system. After filing a number of unsuccessful lawsuits against the prison system, Brock sued himself.

He claimed his civil rights and religious beliefs were violated when he allowed himself to get drunk.

After all, it was inebriation that created his cycle of committing crimes and being incarcerated. He demanded $5 million from himself.

However, since he didn't earn an income behind bars, he felt the state should pay. Needless to say, the case was thrown out.
