whisky11: yes probably it was promotion too, I just needed the information about direction company goes, all my questions were answered. On CSA website they promoting this kind of information to shareholders,any public statement is legal way of communicating information from company to shareholders. They  (CSA) promoting newspaper articles, YouTube videos, emails and a couple more things as a legal information channel.
