That's why he's familiar with the names and sentences but he doesn't understand what the specie it is. He figured out that the same company to cut $6 million deficit needs revenue of quarter billion.
He doesn't consider simple fact that if you double , triple or tenfold revenue you don't have to pay again administration cost most property taxes, tools and equipment or warehouse buildings, because everything is covered .
That's why if the same company double revenue with expenses under control , the margins skyrockets. The second way the company can cut losses and improve margins is to
jack up price of goods sold
and cut wages of employees. The last one never works, you have to win with competition by selling cheaper goods and quality stuff, if you cut wages, then workers won't be interested in doing good job, if you raise the price your customers will go to competition. In Namaste case if they make $15,000,000 a quarte N become profitable and it will happen this year.
