Meni Morim committed PerjuryIf this weren't true it could definitely be libelous.
HOWEVER IT IS TRUE AND FURTHER SUPPORTED BY DOCUMENTS.
In August 2032, and in attempt to keep their lawsuit alive after 3 yesrs, Meni swore a document called an Affidavit of Records. According to the AB Rules of Court, this document is the plaintiff's evidence package supporting their allegations and is supposed to be produced within 90 days of filing the Statement of Claim, not 3 years later.
The Affidavit contained 300+ documents - none of which supported their claim.
Meni swore that it was everything he knew relating to the matter.
However, i have over 100 emails and text messages from him, including correspondence which shows he was directing THREE different legal teams to hammer on me and was cc'd in all of their correspondence relating specifically to the lawsuit.
Yet ALL of that documentation including legal correspondence was left out and he swore he knew nothing of it
I have actually considered pursuing criminal charges agsinst him for this. Pretty black and white actually.
