Share price at its bottom

In the very least, good thing about the stock these days is the sideways movement, not too much dropping, not enough green lol. But, if this is a bottom for an inbetween positive PR, then we should come off the 24 - 25 mark at some point lol. That's realistic, or we dive down which is my new reaverging opportunity. I hate to go on negative rants stock, but you throw out BS about my long term investment and yeah your gonna get an ear full...pc.

Unfortunately, the cash raise will push lower.  Q3 will be lacklustre, still improving but not at the pace required to stop the cash burn.  Vendorlink will further surpass margins (you're just one of many middlemen).  They need to cut expenses and try to drive volume.  This won't be break even until revs hit $30M plus per quarter.  If they can make it through 2021, ...more

in my opinion that's not entirely accurate but a fair argument all the same. First though, what cash raise??? I assume this is an assumption as no PR has ever been issued that I'm aware of. Second I honestly believe the cash burn has already been reduced significantly from the past two years having to get themselves out of the mess S.D. created, and thirdly by all indicators there is no ...more

1) they've already filed the perspectus indicating they are going to attempt a cash raise - Fact 2) Breakeven is $30M a quarter minimum - do some math (i know this board hates that) - Fact 3) The agreement with high tide was for Saskatechewan, which according to SSL's post represents 6% of Canadian sales - Fact These are all facts.  I know none of you will argue breakeven since you ...more

those arnt facts, there your personal spin on previously stated information which seems cherry picked if you ask me. The bottom line is that this company continues to make progress as a whole, yes there are challenges and it's to be expected. Also, the PR detailing the prospectus literally stated that it was for in case funds needed to raised ... if and when... not we have to no matter what... ...more

They didn't spend the money filing it for fun or "just in case".  The FACT is that they filed.  The fact is that Saskatchewan makes up 6% if nationwide sales. The fact (or math) is that they need $30M at the very minimum in quarterly sales to breakeven.  There's nothing subjective in any of those.  I know everyone is emotionally invested but that doesn't ...more

I'll give you a fact... fact is you dont know anything more than the rest of Mr. Randomtask.... or do you? If so, enlighten me as to how much share dilution? When is this gonna happen? Will they get a juicy buisness deal to prevent it? Are they working towards another buisness solution since the PR? Will it even succeed? Might they have seek alternative avenues to secure funding?.... hers one ...more

cap raise by end of year, how much dilution will depend on investor appetite and terms.  Best case in my mind is $20M I'm debentures, 12-18% interest over 24 months.  The likelihood is that this is done right after financials with the hopes there is a bump in share price.  They could alternatively do a bought deal finance, however I didn't see that happening.  No bank ...more
