FYI to anyone new on the board, proactive is a pay for service medium.  Namaste pays them to ask themselves questions then put it on the interweb.  It's somewhat dodgy instead of just releasing information to have a fake interview but lots of companies do it.  Take what Meni says with a grain of salt, he lied directly to shareholders at the town hall late 2020.

I have heard some individuals say that the CEO lied about doing a cash raise. In fact this is not necessarly the case. We simply do not have all the facts. I can say this, however, that from my perspective he didn't lie. He said what he said and then did what he said.
