I found a notice of filing for a Shelf prospectus by Lavaras on Oct 11. It looks like they are going to try and raise $50 million. My understanding is that doesn't have to be raised all at once

They will end drilling program late November and hope to have results ready before year end.  With cash burn 700k /month they will have around $3 mill left then I guess.
