RE:RE:RE:RE:What's with the delay?Everything passed. No idea why they halted the units unless it is because the unitholders not involved with the transaction only voted just over 50% in favour. They may have had to confirm the vote, check with the commission if 50% was sufficient or maybe allow them to unitholders who hadn't voted to get their votes in favour in.
