HALTED !!!
I don't remember ever seeing a company halted just because they're meeting to vote that day on a buyout or reorganization. They have to get each of three different groups to agree to the buyout. One group voting no probably scuttles the deal. They would know from online voting how things are going to go. Here's hoping for an improved offer for all to make the deal happen. GLTA.

It may also be halted because another superior offer has been received. There was no break fee from the original offer so any other offer can be considered. Of course I could just be dreaming.

The meeting/vote was supposed to be at 10 am Winnipeg time, so it should be well over by now. No word that the vote was cancelled. Speculation is fun! GLTA.
