This is what I see as a bit of a red flag. Normally when a big shareholder such as JPM wants to get rid of a large position they
make a deal with another institutional on a price and do a large cross. In this case they keep feeding the offers  at .70.
So either they can't find another institution that's interested or there's another reason. Either explanation raises a red flag.
The key will be what happens when we get some good news.
