Lion One Metals Limited is a Canada-based exploration company. RE:New fluff video.With regards to drill results, the only ones of interest are those that intersect mineralisation.  Virtually all of each hole will be in waste. They may or may not be analysed depending on the geology.  Still, in 170 days, you would expect something, unless no intersections.
The assay lab may be give a fast turnaround but will not be licenced for 43-101 purposes. It will be useful for prospecting purposes, channel and grab samples. 
It seems to me that the mill idea has been put on hold for the time being until they know better what they have in terms of mineable reserves. It would be nice though for them to tell us their strategy. Fatten the pig and take it to market? Maybe they can't say that.
