RE:Lion One Discovers Copper Porphyry Mineralization“The discovery of copper porphyry mineralization at Tuvatu is an exciting development for the company. The Navilawa Caldera is known to host high-grade alkaline gold mineralization yet it has also been explored historically for copper. A large copper-gold system has long been hypothesized at depth.”
So, is it correct to assume that this is a good thing….first copper THEN gold? I’m not a miner but I’m into LIO because of Au & this news release is trumpeting copper. Yes, historically both metals are found together but I’m still looking for gold to be the main focus here.
