Here is my 2 cents

Here is my 2 centsInvestor may think LIX deal will not close because NextView failed to raise the money on BCN deal but I think maybe it was done this way to focus on LIX deal wich is more valuable and important.  BCN only had a biding placing letter wich for me sounds like an letter of intention wich I don't give too much importance.  So it's non sense trying to raise money in two separate deals when you have financial obstacle to deal with.  So what I believe and wich make sense is they put aside the biding letter and put all the money raised for LIX deal instead.  From last news they needed give or take 200 millions dollars and they are not alone in this financing (others partners).

I still believe NextView will try hard to close this deal and save the first 20 millions dollars that is in depositary.
