read page 41 and you can see Nextview is doingh exactly what they said they would do, they have provided proof of financing and also stated they would attempt to get lower rate financing first
and as per most recent press if not done theis week will draw down on existing financing by Friday

Just saying, not saying it will or wont get dodne just saying
