RE:how do you no if this bunch goes to swan - and Stop trying to hide yourself. Don't be ashamed for following me over to both the NMG and the SWAN investors bulleting boards.
I should know that it sucks being a Northern Graphite Corporation shareholder. You don't have to be ashamed when looking elsewhere.
It's no theory; it's fact. Mr. Al Tamimi and the others vested of Mason Resources will never (and never is a long time) exercise majority control over anything to do with Thomas Swan & Co; and that includes, obviously, Black Swan Graphene.
Black Swan Graphene is Thomas Swan & Co's baby; always has been.
At this point, it may be the case that Mason Resources and Black Swan Graphene would be made to merge and the resulting majority controlling owners will not be those stakeholders vested of Mason Resources Inc, specifically Mr. Al Tamimi nor any of his hand picked group of LLG.V officers and directors. I wonder whether when Black Swan Graphene had been formed there had been "a shotgun clause" of sorts inserted within the various agreements amongst the equity controlling parties?
Never the less, I suspect that as soon as that suite of intellectual property/trade secrets is introduced into Black Swan Graphene by Thomas Swan & Co representatives . . .
