Buying any other stock is done with the hope that it will increase 10-20% a year (an above average performance). We have been riding a rocket that has done about
100% a year for the past few years and that will do
800-2000% in the near future.
The current gold price retraction and lack of news might be a factor in our current stock price but as Matlas said, it will have no effect on the price for our aquisition. The stock is only trading less than 0.1% of the total issued shares so very easily held down and definitely makes it hard to lift the price.

Year End Financial statement released April 26
If we take the April 26 date, the AGM must happen by Oct 26. Lots of time for all of the Assays to come out and the NI41-101 to be announced and for the buyout to happen.
