Yes we all feel better when it moves up, I would feel more comfortable and confident if the stock price was over $1. $2 even better. I would develop more patience and sleep comfortably waiting for a buyout if it was the case. So my desire to see it rise back to +$1 is really a weakness in my emotional character.
If my expectation is to hold out for a buy out payday north of $5 or $10, then I am not looking to sell my shares on the open market.
No fault to you big, but the retail investor mentality is to focus on an exit based on retail market prices. A potential buy out suitor could care less what the current share price is!
If you are hoping for a reddit/GameStop scenario, cool! I would love to see that, but you may want to be a realist.
