In most the other cases the Finicial Advisor selection and securing was NOT in a PR announcement. 

I didn't do any research jnto that, but it was only included in the circular that went out AFTER detailing what happened during the process.

So one might be able to say maybe LME posted the news as a way to bump up the price a bit for warrants that are expiring.  And maybe there is not a buyout in the near term.  They just wanted to throw a bone out, there to keep it from falling again....

Again I am in the it can sell tmw camp.... but everything posted on here out side of Steven Hunters are gossip and guessing.
