RE:Using the Value of the Twin Falls Property To Estimate BO$

RE:Using the Value of the Twin Falls Property To Estimate BO$ The buyer knows something is in the works as I would think $100K is a bit low.  The 1046 hectares is 2585 acres which means Cynthia paid  $38.69 per acre For a property they expect to produce over $100M. Don’t think the cost per acre is really applicable but it sure looks low and so Does $100K for $100M
If they have 0.5% royalty to be worth $500000 then 100% would be $100 million. That means they expect a profit of more than $100 million from the additional property. If they get $30/share and a full 1% then the deal is worth $5+ million. Someone else can work out how many GEO’s are require to make $100M and then multiply it by the $300/GEO

Avrom worked for Cynthia as he was signing off on the news releases as the Qualified Person. One of the maps posted from Caprock Mining shows a small light grey area to the south and west of the Laurion property labelled as Owned by an Individual. Caprock’s properties appear to be the light pink labelled as Alto Ventures.. In 2020
