RE:RE:Steve HunterI think by far the biggest risk facing any junior exploration company is insolvency. Running out of money. Needing money - having none - and having nowhere or no one to turn to. Very hard to manage in a revenue free part of the industry - made harder by the extreme cyclicality of the business and even harder again by the 'predators' who can benefit.  Any statement like 'they didn't need any money' is based on some kind of assumption about when they will be able to get money again - assumptions I don't think are worth making.

These shares were issued in exchange for cash - and that cash adds vakue to the stock.  That cash also adds runway to LMEs life - and extra amount of independence and confidence - both of which strengthen their position in any negotiation.

I say it's a good thing.  A very good thing.
