The Company’s Ishkoday is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Camp in the Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships, located 25 km northeast of the Town of Beardmore, Ontario, and 220 km northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Company holds Twin Falls property, which is contiguous and lies west of the Ishkoday Project. The Company also holds a 100% interest in Jubilee-Elmhirst, and Beaurox. The Company also owns a 30% joint venture interest and Canadian Gold Miner Corp.

Thanks for your time and efforts to reply in such detail. I've done some numbers on my end as well and it does seem to be a decent valuation for the geo's in the ground. Plus the value of the geo's with this equinox transaction, would have been at a considerably lower price 2-10 years ago to compare to where Laurion is now as we know that the value is derived from the future price of gold. Therefore the price seems low to me.
