MD&A - quarterly May 23

Did anyone see the new MD&A released on sedar? I read through it all and nothing new stands out to me...anyone else's thoughts?

Does it seem possible that perhaps the stock price is being held down in order to prevent the outstanding warrants to be picked up and thus prevent more dillution?  I saw that there is about 1M @ $1.15, and I know that 1M out of 260M is peanuts.  Just a thought.

Do we know when the warrants expire? Can the warrants still be exercised after a trading halt?

The one I was referring to expires late Sept 2023.  Not sure about your other question

Warrants can be exercided at any time up to exercise date. But, forget it-the idea that the price is being controlled so as to make it unattactive to option holder to exercise is totally ridiculous and not worth considering.

It is also a mute point.  As it doesn't matter when the halt is.  Or buyout. It doesn't even have to halt if the announcement is made after hours. But yes there will be the day an announcement comes, and then the SP will go up to around the offered purchase price.  The stock will trade for some more months and then the stock close off date or whatever it is called is ...more

Moot point, not mute point.   sorry, my mum was an English teacher.

There is a section referring to the Ishkoday Magnetic Survey (p.6), which didn't appear in prior MD&A. This gives some credence to the idea that it is a new priority since the last MD&A was published at year end. We could take that as bullish signs of things to come...
