Really? I am not so sure!  I think indicative of something brewing behind the scenes. I doubt that the parties would enter into an engagement like this with a fee that is refundable if there was no performance unless something was already pretty well lined up. But, as everyone knows, I am delusional.

"Pursuant to an agreement with a director of the Corporation, the fee payable to US Capital Global is recoverable by the Corporation if the Corporation does not secure a transaction to the Corporation's satisfaction as a result of, arising from or related to an engagement of US Capital Global. For all we know, this company has been hovering in background for months.  Also curious that agreement is with a Director rather than company itself and that treated as related party transaction. I am sure that the two facts are related.

I think that all ties into the fact that US Global has an office in Dubai.

US Global must know some potential suitors in Dubai/ Middle East.  They have the cash to pay let's get the show on the road and close the deal. Lol ... joking about buyers from the Middle East but serious as well .... We all know they would have the funds to pay a premium.

Steve - are US Capital Global and US Global related companies? I don't immediatly see the connection between Frank Holmes of US Global and the announcement about retaining US Capital Global...they appear to be separate entities.
