that changed quickly lol maybe they didnt like the drilling news. has there been any comparable timelines with other companies that got acquired that made other drilling announcements in between forming a special committee and acquisition? seems like LME does a lot of things different. any koolaid?

The 100,000+ share bid and the 100,000+ share ask that's forming the wall are both TD. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and I suspect it's the same person. They are doing an excellent job of keeping the share price in a specific range as the bids build.
