well technically LME owns it now.  but some bulldozer work and a little surface scraping 12 years ago isn't much work. and Steve empashis was on no drilling.  Its not like LME would buy the claims without at least some surface walking and investigation into it.

also, God Rest their Soul, one of the names in the report passed away in 2018.   so they were no longer an owner of the claims recently anyway.
