Question on BO

Hi Steve,
One other question that comes to mind. In the past, there was talk of when the company is sold it will be for an all cash offer, has Cynthia's position on this changed?  Can we expect an all cash offer whenever that will be, or is a cash and share offer a possibility?  If this is sold to a mid tier, and there is a share component to the offer, it may give us an opportunity to enjoy a greater return if we decide to continue to hold the new shares.
I ask this because in the past, we were told no MRE, we have the data room, but after Thursday's crazy back and forth about the MRE, it leaves me to wonder how an offer will be structured.
Thanks, hoping to get an answer on this one, never did get a response on my other questions from my earlier post.

It doesn't - I meant that an intermediary would need a partner to shore up the necessary cash.

Gotcha.  Thanks for clearing that up.
