This is positive news that Doug is taking over the reins from Steven. Doug is a very large share holder with LME and wants the LME MGMT Team to transact as much as we all do. They've been clear about their strategy for disposition, hiring Doug further confirms their commitment. Notice how they didn't put a timeframe on the contract.

Doesn't every sharehoider here want this thing to sell? The options also vest over 5 years (obviously unless a disposition occurs) I just don't know how having anyone here managing investor relations helps in any capacity. It surely did not the last 6 months. My opinion obviously. We also never seem to just use some of the cash in the coffers for things like this. Why options? Why not a ...more
