If your on the fence on this matter, you would write saying Disclouse If this is true its sad and if your wrong well maybe your setting yourself up with being liable. The way you address it as if his facts are not right and thats why I ask you . What makes you think what he says is wrong? Do you have anything that he says is false or missleads or defames Gill , instead you warn him he will be attacked legally showing you feel his words are hurting Gill's name and I dont think you should say that, most of all when you cant support that .. Thats why I said, if anyone has info that shows what he says as being wrong, step up the floor is yours speak your mind, instead of the numerous warnings and assumption of guilt on Disclouses part ........
