RE:RE:Closing 0,07
It's exactly this kind of report that tells me you are not as knowledgeable in how stocks are valued and evaluated by investors. Today's shareprice matters, tomorrow's matters...etc... Stocks can be evaluated using a number of indicators. ONE of which is the 200/50/20/10 day moving averages. Technical analysis of graphs can say a lot about volatility AND stability of an investment.
If you are a day-trader, the game changes entirely. If you are a retail share purchaser (you and I), you play by a certain set of rules, and if you are an industrial share purchaser (fund manager or the like), you look at share value even more differently than the other 2 kinds of traders.
I'm sorry that you don't have the depth of understanding beyond a simplistic view of buy/sell/hold (ps: short/cover as well).
I'm not trying to start an arguement with you, merely suggesting that there is more to it than you stated. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater just because it doesn't fit into your current mindset or investment strategy.
Today's price matters. No movement = less visibility/interest by potential new investors. If you are looking at purchasing a new stock, because the company interests you, and you come to the graph and see a flat line, what are the chances you are going to buy? Now imagine another graph that is rising every day...little by little... Just sayin'
