Financing with flow through shares at .17 cents!  Haven't produced anything of value yet and already starting to fund lithium exploration!!  Why didn't they wait till the PEA was released to raise some real money with less shares???  Oh that's right, cuz this is a piggy bank, not a graphite exploration company...  sheesh...
