RE: CIBC Buyingi dont expect things to develop very much on Elmtree, there proprety is situated in or near protected land, no wood cutting or develeppement permited...they can go near it but the environmental aspect of gold mining is difficult, so i dont know how they would go around it, unless the site is far enough from the protected area...
