A search on google map shows that there is a business called Grouse Mountain Trucking based in Houston, BC. That would indicate that somewhere around there must be a Grouse Mountain - probably only known to locals. Otherwise no results show for a grouse mountain near Houston or Smithers. There is one near Vancouver, but it most certainly is not the one we are talking about! I checked the 3 weather stations with Grouse Mountain in their names and none of them are near to Smithers, either.
