RE: RE: partner Your summary was pretty accurate Birdman. STK's main focus is Edwards. That's were 75% of their funds will go. Of course Newbury has always liked the Schreiber area, as he had a large land position there prior to the GTA announcement. The GTA drilling just expedited a work program. Well that and the fact STK has a lot of the property under time extensions and relief from forfetiure notices. STK had to scramble a few weeks back to keep some key claims from coming open. He is forced to do a lot of work now, or lose a big chunk of the property. I suspect he has a geologist and a small crew on the ground in Schreiber now and they are busy sampling the area west of the Afric zone; the Morley-Longworth showings; the Harkness Hays-Gold Range-Otisse area; and the Joa-Acker zones; in addition to the new stuff they picked up along the eastern contact of the batholith where there are high-grade gold and moly showings. He will want t have a pretty good handle on what areas would provide the best chances for good wicths in drill intercepts before drilling. That's the key, since you can get high-grade gold (100+ grams) everywhere here, but most have been shown to be narrow from past work. Lot's of potential though, as no deep drilling in the area over the years. My guess is he will spot 2 or 3 holes near his border with GTA at the Afric zone for the first few holes and then move north. The showings closer to Bard (McKenna-McCann and Schreiber Pyramid) are harder to get to, because you are moving away from the highway, but there are ATV roads that take you to these showings so they can skid a drill into the area. It's just a bit more work, because you can drive a Jaguar to the Harkness-Hays and Gold Range. STK will have abundant high-grade values to release from grab samples from numerous areas for sure. The market, however, may not get too excited about that until they drill.
