Why the heck can't all the latest trenching and drilling data be disclosed to the shareholders, whether the results be good or bad, before such a deal can be approved. This property has already yielded some amazingly high grade intercepts, so in my mind, each drill hole matters.
Was IMG hinting of opting out I wonder? Not exactly sure of LOT's current cash position but I would have been tempted to let them walk, I'm sure stronger companies like Goldcorp or Agnico Eagle would be interested in some high grade underground potential with excellent infrastructure and access.
It is indeed very interesting to the imagination why IMG would fast track this 3.2 million dollars of financial bait to secure their tenure!!!
