RE:RE:IMG will buy Tomagold before 43-101 comes out.if you look at IAM golds buy out of merrex gold they owned 23% of merrex for well over a year and then aquired 100% of merrex a full year after the resource estimate came out. they paid basically no premium for merrex and gave iamgold shares as payment rather than cash. I think it was a terrible deal for merrex share holders. Hopefully we get a better deal. I do think IAM will buy all of toma just as they bought all of merrex which also had a lot of other small properties but I don't think it will be untill after the resouce estimate comes out. these guys are not in a rush to do anything. They have basically already sealed the deal for themselves wether they buy now or later.
