18 months later - how do you rate the new BOD?

The very slow train to Tomaland moves along with David and Martin partying it up in first class. The BOD, no where to be found.

The only thing worse than issuing a news release on a Friday, is issuing a release the day before a long weekend. If there is a wrong way to do something, Tomagold seems to have it mastered, with one exception - paying the CEO and CFO well above market price and normal salary levels.

LOT is very undervalued for a reason.

Any bets on when the long overdue Annual Meeting will be held? How much longer can management enjoy this ride before shareholders say enough? We sure know the BOD won't say a word.
