LOL institutional investors are going to see their potential?? You dont think those guys will sniff out the fact that the CEO overpaid, and is overpaying for another one of his own companies? Arms length is only good when you're getting a deal. Not when you're soaking shareholders of one of your companies to get more shares from selling what... a glorified website that absolutely hemorages money relative to what it makes?
CBD... you think there are any barriers to entry when every farmer and his dog grow it in the US and its sold in every second mall kiosk?? They'll get killed in the US trying to compete with the already established companies... So I ask again... What are they actually buying for all that arms length dilution?
Oh and actual reputable companies already selling are still trying to get institutional investors, lets not fool ourselves.
