March certainly has the cash to buy LOX ($80+M) but that's pure speculation. What is more interesting are the comparables.
(these are my calculations and are approximate #s all in CDN$ based on annualized last Q sales)

sales/share=$4.50+ price/s=7.5 OE/Share=$5.0 cap=588M sales=80M
LOX
sales/share=$1.90+ price/s=.67 OE/Share=$0.44 cap=34.5M sales=51M
What I like about LOX is that it trades at only .67/sales vs 7.5 times for March. looking at it another way March has a market cap of 588M but and does sales of 80M where inexpensive Lorex has a market cap of only 34.5M but does a tidy 51M in sales.
I think what this indicates is that we need margin improvement and then maybe LOX can trade at a conservative 1.5 times sales or just south of 3$.
