RE: Indeed LoppyGreat, a little action on this board. Recently speaking to IR rep John he has complained about my posts and callers asking follow up questions as if I represent the company. I DON'T, BUT I LIKE THE STORY. I agree with the concerns. Look at ATW , AMC , HGC. They are like CRD being near real production and their charts look the same. I agree the NRs are less then good.
If you check my posts I have also speculated they may need financing to bridge production. With this copper deal I am much less concerned.
The share holders of crd are in no panic to sell, not right now.
The info on the civil action, I appreciate. Neighbors can always be a hazard. This is an area steeped in mining history and I would guess those roads were intended for that purpose as much as any other. Do they have a legitimate claim, I don't know. I do know they have the right to be heard. How current is the action. I would expect there be a public record of the proceedings and status. Could you keep us posted?
At the end of today I think we are still sitting pretty. We are generating cash and progress is consistent, forward and orderly.
