First off I am not invested in CRD at this time but have been in the past and do follow what is happening.
I do not see any regulation prevent CRD from doing normal mining practice and development. They are operating under the 5 acre rule. What is proven hear is small concentrated resource. In the past I have spoken to Montana State inspector. No issues with CRD mgm at that time. Montana does want the mining industry.
