Where are we now? This is just a guess on my part as everything could change tomorrow-
First, I believe the speculation is right that the present Management/Directors/Shareholders have an agenda and the lower the price of the stock the easier it will be to achieve their objectives.
I believe the Directors are witholding the release of any information about the Shareholder vote, 3:1 Rollback and the name change, because there has NOT been an Approval of these suggested changes by the Stock Exchange-this approval could come at any time or it will have to be amended-likely the only problematic matter is the size of the proposed Consolidation of the presently issued Shares. You can bet that the lawyer for the "new" management is making a very strong "pitch" that everything will go to Hell in a hand-basket if they can't consolidate the float-there is even the chance that they could be trying to get a new Financing approved in conjunction with the other changes-ONCE AGAIN ALL THIS IS SPECULATION ON MY PART.
In regard to another question on everyones mind, and I think this could be good news, I believe there may be a connection between the Director appointment of Dan Brown and the identity of some of the "new" investors-at least I'm hoping so as you may know Dan was formerly a Director of TAG OIL-Symbol TAO now trading at $9.31 on the TSX-they have been very successful in raising over $75 million dollars in the last 18 months.
I still believe the property in Montana is worth further Development and Exploration and cannot see why anyone would have invested in CRD 6 months ago and now be so negative on the situation-unless of course they are just trying to gain further control, at even cheaper prices.
That's about all for now and in the Spirit of TP&F disclosure I have bought andf sold Coronado a number of times over the last 5 years and intend to keep doing so-if you have the resources and are patient , IMO there is almost no downside from here.
Remember the Shell & the Listing will always be of value-keep your eye on the stock, it will have better days ahead.
