Financing Sorry guys but I think you are looking t this through the wrong end of the telescope.
The following are just my personal opinions on this deal.
You must understand that this type of a "small" deal is unusual for a Company of TAG's size and would usually be very controversial with Institutional Shareholders, of whom there a number.
What you can be sure of is that the Management of TAG would not do this type of deal if they thought there was a chance that it would reflect poorly on them as Directors & Management-TAG is there "Baby"-they aren't going to tarnish it's reputation with the investment industry for a few nickels and dimes.
The fact they are doing this deal with TAG would seem to indicate they have a plan-perhaps to look at the possibility of a Porphyry Deposit at Madison or some other mining properties or perhaps putting CRD into the oil & gas business. Either way there should be a play here.
Finally, I think there are more Shareholders in favour of going forward with a well financed treasury and some new, invigorated management, than sticking with the status quo-these guys got the roll back approved and they wouldn't go to this trouble if they didn't have the votes for approval.
Just my thoughts but I would suggest going along for the ride-I think downside is limited and I just wish I had some cash to buy a little more.
