I guess we wait and see what the vote will look like. Still have not received my proxy package in the mail yet - but my brokerage was helpful which allowed me to vote my units before the voting deadline.

At least the company has not delayed the meeting multiple times like they did with the debenture conversion. I know the sizable number of units I voted will help meet quorum and hopefully defeat ALL proposals.

My message to the company. Put this company up for sale.

Put out a strategic review news release after the meeting.
