The Trust's property portfolio consists of 13 rental properties, encompassing 12 multi-unit residential properties, including the unsold condominium units at Lakewood Townhomes.

Thanks anpanman, but I'm still a little confused by the new section 9.3. To me it's not clear whether or not the distribution will continue. "The Trustees may distribute..." and then "...as the Trustees determine in their discretion from time to time." It's the "may" and "their discretion" parts that make me wonder about the continuation and indeed the regularity of any distribution.
