Also I'm not sure there are any large debentureholders above 10%. If you comb through the original information circular on November 30th, it documents the following:

"As at the date hereof, the trustees and officers of the Trust are not aware of any person or company that beneficially owns, or controls or directs, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of the issued and outstanding Debentures or who will beneficially own, or control or direct, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of the issued and outstanding Units following the Exchange Transaction."

I read that as there are no individual debentureholders that hold more than 10% of the debentures as of the prior record date. So the largest debentureholder holds less than 10% as of the previous record date.
