RE:RE:RE:Proxy VoteHe will not get back to you. No one cares, you should realize that the board is pretty much shelter appointed and the CEO is also in bed with them.

As to why they would want the units, they want them to benefit from the turn around of the economic in the fort Mac region. The same reason you hold the shares. Shelter provided 100+ million to the company during the tough time and they expected to be rewarded big! Not the pathetic 2% interest yield on the loans.

Don't be naive...They will convert $100 million in to Units eventually, your compliant to the board or CEO will just make it happen sooner.
