Sadly, I suspect the next step in this tragedy will be Shelter converting their debt into units at the new level, once the units revert to the mean. In other words, in about a year from now. Once again the so-called secured debentureholders will get screwed over once again. 

The theory is - if you can screw someone over once, it only makes sense that you can screw them over multiple times for effect.
