went for a walk tonight

It was such a beautiful night today, that I went for a leisurely walk, checked on my old old home and chatted with a former neighbor watering the garden.

I walked past an apartment building that memory serves used to be managed by Shelter and I would assume they probably owned as well. I see that it is now owned and managed by Mainstreet. I haven't walked that way since last summer, maybe even longer.

Based on that it looks like Shelter is selling off a property or two. Old man Arni is no spring chicken - I am thinking he must be in his mid-70s or older. I am assuming that he must be looking to the future.

This is the time of his life that he should be thinking of selling. Maybe we will be so lucky that Lanesborough may get sold as well.

It would definitely fit within the geographic focus and areas of interest for Mainstreet.

Maybe a merger?

I would definely vote to exchange my millions of shares for a professional company such as Mainstreet.
