Getting ahead of itself
The SP is running higher again but I looked at their financials and theres no value put on their properties? and I didnt see any revenues, and we all know that it takes 3-5 years to put the properties into production so I feel that this SP is high for now because they need to put value on their properties first to justify these gains at least for me. Plus the volume is high because a block of 1.5Mil shares sold at $1.36 to house 24 Clarus from house 24 Clarus
