It also has an agreement to acquire about 16 contiguous uranium exploration mineral claims covering 54,450 hectares in northern Saskatchewan. Located 60 kilometers southwest of the Key Lake Uranium mine and mill, these claims are situated within the uranium-rich Wollaston-Mudjatik Transition Zone (WMTZ), which hosts one of the highest-grade uranium deposits.

HappeningHe cancels the financing , makes a bridge financing wich is a short term tool to bring LTX somewhere ? He creates CANATRIEVER and intends to divest the oil & gas assets ( some or all ) .   
There is lots happening at this company IMO . I have no idea how to evaluate this new forray in the canabis business world ( potential revenues ? ) but this new industry has been the flavour of the year . He's up to something and i will assume it will translate into value for the shareholders and getting his invested capital back in his pocket .  HE = Mr. Sterne
